Position: Production Coordinator
As a Production Coordinator at Floor Coverings International, you will play a key role in coordinating the installation of all flooring projects. As a Production Coordinator at Floor Coverings International, you will play a key role in coordinating the installation of all flooring projects. Production Coordinator Qualifications:
- Previous experience in production in the flooring industry is a must.
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in-person.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in multi-tasking
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and problem solve without supervision.
- Proficient in managing crews, installs, calendars, product orders and deliveries.
- Valid drivers license and transportation
Production Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships within the community and provide superior service as the primary contact between customers and installers.
- Order all necessary products for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery.
- Update customers regularly prior, during and after installation projects.
- Communicate with customers and coordinate with installers on start dates and times.
- Meet with sales staff weekly to discuss recent sales and production.
- Seek out reputable installers within territory and vet them.
- Manage and promote positive installer and vendor relationships.
- Meet with installers regularly to discuss production and schedules.
- Visit job sites to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee production efficiencies and job costing.
- Strive for 5/5 star survey.
Compensation:
Salary range $50,000-$60,000 plus bonus opportunities
